Automatic Keep-Full Route Program

We offer an “Automatic Keep-Full Route Program” to save you the hassle of monitoring your tank gauge yourself and perhaps running out. To have accurate data in order to manage your propane usage we will fill your tank to 80% the first time, following that delivery we will occasionally stop by and top your tank off as needed and document your usage to establish your usage history. The “perks” of this program are not being responsible for checking your propane tank gauge, never having to pay another $100.00 leak check fee & being inconvenienced by taking valuable time to be home and sign the Texas Safety Gas Check Form.

All we need from you is:
1. The Completed “Automatic Keep-Full Route Agreement Form” returned to our office - DOWNLOAD HERE.
2. The Completed Residential Customer Account Application returned to our office - DOWNLOAD HERE.
3. An active credit card on file that can be processed the same day following your delivery - DOWNLOAD CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM.

Your yellow ticket will be left at your residence by Jayson when your delivery is made as well as an emaled receipt for your propane purchase. Thank you for your continued business, we appreciate your loyal patronage and look forward to serviing you for years to come.

Will-Call Route

You will watch your own tank gauge and call in for propane as needed. We recommend calling us when your gauge is close to 20% for us to schedule your delivery appropriately. Our minimum delivery is 100 gallons, you decide how much you would like delivered.

However, if you run out of propane a leak check must be performed on your system meaning:
1. Business Hours Leak Check Additional Charge
2. Homeowner must be home present to allow us access in the home to check all propane appliances inside your home.
3. Customer will verify the leak check held and “sign the Texas Safety Gas Check Form”.

Bottle & RV Filling Station On-Site

For your convenience we fill cylinders, forklift cylinders & RV’s at our office location all during business hours. We ALWAYS have someone onsite and ready to assist you.
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 || Saturday 8:00-12:00
