No, we do not charge any additional fees for at home or commercial deliveries (fuel recovery fee, HazMat & Safety Compliance Fee, Will Call Convenience Fee.

However, if a Leak Check, appliance conversion or any repairs are required charges vary and will apply.

Out of Propane = Mandatory Leak Test Homeowner must be present at the time of delivery to sign the form.

It IS NOT convenient, but it’s required by the RRC & COSTS our company and customers time and money.
If your tank is out of gas a leak test is MANDATORY (8.2.3), this is considered an interruption of service.

If a leak is detected during a leak test, your propane will be shut off at the tank and the leak MUST BE REPAIRED before we can fill your tank & turn your propane back on.

On a positive note: Waller County Butane offers an “Automatic Keep-Full Route Program” or highly suggests that if you remain on will-call; you call to order when your gauge is on 20%. Waller County Butane is trying to deter consumers from running out of propane and taking an active stance in protecting our customers and the propane industry.
